Considered as the best music scene in the whole England, even before London, Bristol is a real reservoir of talents. The city is also known as the world capital of Trip Hop with names like Massive Attack, Portishead, Tricky and others. Bristol is also full of many talented DJs.
After we introduced you to very good Djs such as: Silver Fox, The Allergies, Waggles or Frenic, now it is the turn of Sherlock Ohms to be under the spotlights. In 2008, this eclectic detective rose from obscurity. He investigates all genres: Hip-Hop, Funk, Soul, Reggae, Breaky Nonsense and shares his discoveries and clues to the public.
The mixtape that we share with you today, “The Casebook Begins”, is according to its own statements, his “first proper mix” that he has ever done. Recorded in one take, this mixtape was created for a mate’s party. Sherlock was kind enough to make it available for everyone to enjoy. Thank you !
