These general conditions of sale apply to the sales contracts entered online via the site www.cbvinylrecordart.com between Cb Vinyl Record Art(us), and its customers (you).

Conclusion of contract

In accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code on the conclusion of online contracts, the contract will be concluded when you click on the button allowing you to confirm your order, after having visualized the detail of it, and in particular its total price, and having had the possibility of correcting any errors.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Before entering into a contract with us, you must read the Terms and Conditions and accept it by clicking on the corresponding box in the order process.

Price

VAT is not included in the prices displayed on our site. The prices mentioned on our site are indicated all without added taxes (VAT non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI, France). Shipping costs are not included in the prices displayed on our website. Any additional costs that may be charged to you are indicated before the conclusion of the contract. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to various charges and taxes, including customs and import VAT. These costs are exclusively supported by the buyer.

Delivery

Delivery is free in Metropolitan France. The delivery time is 7 to 10 days. If the delivery time of a product is longer, this information will be indicated on the relevant product page.

Payment

The following means of payment are available to pay for purchases made on our site:

• - PayPal

Please note that delivery of the goods will take place after receipt of your payment by our services. To receive your products as quickly as possible, we advise you to pay your purchases by credit card.

Title and Risk

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and we have received clear funds in full payment for the goods. Once goods have been delivered to you or a person nominated by you they will be held at your own risk and you will be responsible for them.

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Cb Vinyl Record Art, 10 allée de rochette, 37500 Chinon, France, contact@cbvinylrecordart.com, Phone number: +33 6 70 600 499) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exception to right of withdrawal

Exercise of the right of withdrawal is excluded for the following contracts:

• - Contracts for the supply of goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized

Legal Warranty

The legal warranty is in accordance with the conditions stipulated by law. The rights referred to in articles L.211-4, L.211-5, L.211-12 of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 and 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code apply. Responsibility

The records labels illustrating our products are not contractual. Consequently, the responsibility of Cb Vinyl Record Art can not be engaged in case of error in one of these photographs.

Computing and freedom

In accordance with French law "Informatique et libertés" n ° 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access and rectify the data provided in the context of his order, and can exercise this right.
