Transportation and carriers

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 to 5 days after receipt of payment. The preparation time of your order varies according to the seasons and the availability of the products. The standard shipping method is by La Poste with a tracking number, delivered without a signature. Small parcels are sent in "followed letter". If you wish a delivery with a signature, an additional cost applies, thank you to contact us. Regardless of the chosen shipping method, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to track your parcel delivery online.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products.
